32/20 Minutes
The minutes had been circulated via email.
Resolved that the minutes of the meeting held on 25th February 2020 be approved and signed as a true and accurate record.
33/20 Delegation of Authority
Due to the current situation with the Corvid -19 virus the Parish Council considered extending the delegation of Council decisions to the Clerk, in consultation with the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, during any period of restricted activity declared by the Government in respect of the Covid-19 virus, including the authorisation of any revenue spend that is in the approved budget. Such delegation is to enable the Council to fulfil its responsibilities to its residents.
Resolved delegation to the Clerk was accepted with guidance from the Chairman and the Vice Chairman.
