Declaration of Interest

To receive any declarations of interest

Part 1- Public and Press Present

The Chairman will adjourn the meeting to allow questions from members of the public to last no longer than 10 minutes at the start of the meeting and the same at the end.  After questions the Chairman will reconvene / conclude the Parish Council meeting.

1.      Minutes

  • To approve the minutes held on 18th June 2019

2.     To make the decision to co-opt new member  

  • The Parish Council to consider the applications received for the vacancy  

3.      Capital Expenditure in the Parish  

  • The members to consider the options discussed at the last meeting (report circulated including costs and achievement possibilities).

4.     Budget 2019/20  

  • The members to review the budget
  • The Chairman to report on Business Plan   

5.     Grant Fund – Community Clean-up fund

  • The Clerk and the Chairman to update on progress with the bowling club.  
  • Quote for works

6.      Highways

  • Northwich Road – feedback from Cllr AK
  • Comments on Air Quality Report from Tracey Bettany CE.   
  • Grass cutting policy – full council to approve(circulated)
  •  Cars parking on pavements on Byley Lane – feedback from PCSO
  • Manhole cover on Needham Drive – report to UU
  • To note the request for a  TRO on Hermitage Lane

7.     Footpaths and Trees Report

  • To resolve to accept the report from the Footpath Officer and the Clerk to report on last months.
  • To update on reported issues at the last meeting.
  • To receive a report from the officer.
  • Footpath Claim – Carver Ave/Byley Lane/Crescent Avenue Ref FPS/R0660/14A/2 – No response to date.

 

8.     Planning Applications

To discuss the following planning applications and any circulated after the agenda publication;

  • 19/3321C Silver Birches, New Platt Lane, Cranage CW4 8HS- two storey side extension and first floor extension over garage.
  • 19/2713C Birchways, Kings Lane, Cranage CW10 9LX - single storey side extension and single storey rear extension (resubmission of 19/1475C)
  • 19/2939C Holmes Chapel Fencing and sheds, Knutsford Road, Cranage CW4 8EF – extend dropped kerb lengths to widen two existing access/egress points.

18/5051C Land at rear of Cotton Farm, Middlewich Road, Holmes Chapel CW4 7ET – update and to include comments from Ms D Ackerley
