9.     Footpaths and Trees Report

• To resolve to accept the report from the Footpath Officer and the Clerk to report on last month.

10.  Planning Applications

To discuss the following planning applications and any circulated after the agenda publication.

• 20/0451C Shanty Farm, Moss Lane, Cranage Cw10 9NG – Change of use of a grassed paddock to create an extension to Lowes Farm shop car park to provide additional overflow car parking.
• 20/0614C ‘Penolver’ , 75 Northwich Road, Cranage WA16 9LE – Proposed demolition of single dwelling to erect 2 dwellings

11.   Safety Checks on play areas and Adult fitness
