Declaration of Interest

Part 1- Public and Press Present

The Chairman will adjourn the meeting to allow questions from members of the public to last no longer than 10 minutes at the start of the meeting and the same at the end.  After questions the Chairman will reconvene / conclude the Parish Council meeting.

1.      Minutes

  • To approve the minutes held on 21st May 2019

2.      Vice Chairman appointment  

  • To sign the acceptance of office

3.      Parish Councillor Vacancy

  • To discuss the vacancy and the next steps.

4.      Cranage Football Pitches

  • To approve the future works to improve the football pitch drainage  
  • J A Ashbrooks - £1,125.00 plus VAT

5.      Improvement to children’s small play area on Needham estate

  • The Council to consider the email from a local resident.

6.     Cranage Business Plan

  • The Council to discuss the objectives to be included in the Business Plan
  • To review the budget in conjunction with the plans  

7.     Grant Fund – Community Clean-up fund

  • The Clerk and the Chairman to discuss the recent meeting with the Bowling Club and the proposed works.
  • To note Hamilton’s Electrical Services have been instructed.

8.     Training 2019

  • To approve the training for 2019

9.      Highways

  • Northwich Road – feedback from Cllr AK
  • Hard standing outside Cranage Hall Hotel – Chris Hodgkinson - Cllr A Kolker actions.
  • Grass cutting – comments     
  •  Cars parking on pavements on Byley Lane – feedback from PCSO
  • Manhole cover on Needham Drive

10.  Footpaths and Trees Report

  • To resolve to accept the report from the Footpath Officer and the Clerk to report on last months.

 

11.  Planning Applications

To discuss the following planning applications and any circulated after the agenda publication;

  • 19/2689N Harley House, 20 Northwich Road, Cranage CW4 8HL – variation of condition 2 on 18/5291C – construction of new detached house – resubmission of application 18/3070C.
  • 19/2423N Pump Cottage, Kings Lane, Cranage CW10 9LX – retrospective application for change of use of land to garden.
  • 19/2246C ‘Caberfeidh’, 8 Northwich Road, Cranage CW4 8HL Alteration and extension to existing dwelling, new garage and associated works.
  • 19/2766C Lowes Farm Shop, Moss Lane Cranage- conversion of part of the existing farm shop to create a tea area with new wc facilities, new store and an existing play area.

 

18/5051C Land at rear of Cotton Farm, Middlewich Road, Holmes Chapel CW4 7ET – to acknowledge the approval and approve actions of the Parish Council.

 

Sibelco- to approve actions from the Parish Council.
