In October 2016 Cheshire East Council consulted you on application 16/4724W for Silica sand extraction and associated development at Rudheath Lodge Farm. The application site falls within the administrative boundaries of both Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire East Council. Application 16/4724W has now been withdrawn by the applicant and the applicant has submitted identical applications to both Cheshire East Council and Cheshire West and Chester Councils for their own determination of land within each respective authority’s jurisdiction.
Cheshire West and Chester have assigned reference number 17/03104/MIN to their identical application and will be consulting you on this application.
